US Shipping Info
Standard Shipping is $5. Orders above $60 get free shipping.
It may take me up to a week to prepare your order. Then, shipping should take 2-5 days, not including weekends and holidays.
Packages will usually ship with USPS; however some large orders may be with UPS.
Express shipping is available for $10. I'll do my best to have it shipped in 2 days. Then, I will ship it with USPS Priority Mail which typically takes 1-3 days to deliver.
*Please remember USPS does not pick up or deliver packages on Sundays, however.
International Shipping Info
International Shipping is $15. Please also note that you may have to pay an import fee to receive your package, depending on your country.
Delivery time is usually 2-4 weeks, depending on the destination. This can vary a lot though, so you'll have to refer to your tracking number for more information.
I know shipping is quite expensive for my international fans. You can instead get my hi-res digital files (Gumroad) and have it printed at a local shop. These files are 4k resolution, which can produce quality prints up to about A3 / 12x16" size. I recommend going to a specialty art/photo print lab or photo studio for best quality.
Returns and Refunds
I do not offer returns or refunds if your order arrives as expected due to the delicate nature of my items and risk of damage when shipping multiple times.
However, I am happy to offer refunds or replacements if there is are issues with your order. Please make sure to contact me ASAP, and I'll see what I can do to help.
I am not responsible if you enter the wrong shipping information at checkout. Please make sure everything is correct before placing an order.
Cancel or Change Order
My order is damaged!
Please make sure to keep the entire package (all packaging materials + all contents) until I've resolved your issue.
Send me your order number, pictures of the package and contents, and a picture of the shipping label on the package.
After I've verified the issue with your order, I can refund or send you a replacement. There is no need to return any items back to me.
Lost orders
If the expected delivery is past and there is no new update on your tracking, please let me know. Much of the time, lost orders will show up after ~2 weeks. If it still hasn't arrived then, we can probably assume it's not showing up, and I'll see what I can try to do for you.
However, if your package is marked as delivered, there's nothing I can really do about it since it is technically handed over to your possession. Try checking with around your are or ask neighbors to see if it was misplaced by accident.
I want to buy one of your artworks as a print, but it's not available in the shop.
I produce all of my prints at home, so I don't have to wait for restocking to release new prints. If an artwork is not listed in the store, it's pretty much because I didn't have time to set it up or I thought it wouldn't sell.
If you want an artwork that's not listed in store, please tell me, and I can pretty much list it immediately!
