All works (artworks, creative writings, character designs, etc.) that I create are my intellectual property (IP) and are protected by copyright law. If you'd like to use or post my works without committing IP theft, please check what I allow in the rules below.
You can post the HD version (~2000px) of my artworks in places that are free to view publicly such as your blog, social media, etc. if you credit me with my name "Nyx Aurelia" and link my website/social media.
Any higher resolution versions of my work should only be available through my Patreon/Gumroad or if you commission me for custom art. Sharing, posting, uploading or otherwise making them available elsewhere is not allowed.
You may use my art for YouTube music/gaming/etc. videos so long as I'm credited properly in the description. For permissions outside of YouTube, ask me directly.
You may never try to sell, brand yourself, or otherwise profit with my artworks and other IP in any form, unless you have paid for the right to do so. Some examples include:
Even for projects that are nonprofit, if my art will end up being widely distributed under someone else's name or brand, you must seek permission from me. For example, free-to-play games, charity projects, etc.
Studies are redraws/copies of my paintings done for practice. Fanarts are drawings of my characters done by other artists. Both are welcomed as long as I am properly credited with my artist name.
Plagiarism is not welcomed, so don't copy my IP and try to pass it off as your own original work. And with that said, you can't use these works commercially unless it was part of a project with me.
Sometimes, there's a fine line between something I would allow and something I wouldn't. Ultimately I reserve the right to request takedown of any publication of my art if you haven't directly asked me for permission. I am always available for a quick question or collaboration - my contact info can be found on my About page and I respond to most of my socials at the website footer.
Please beware of others impersonating me or distributing high-res versions or licenses of my art. The consequences are on you if you get false permission from false sources.
Finally, if you see unauthorized use of my art, I would be immensely grateful if you let me know.
