All works (artworks, creative writings, character designs, etc.) that I create are my intellectual property (IP) and are protected by copyright law.
This page has some guidelines about what I allow with my work. Feel free to send me quick questions or inquiries about these! (Note I check my email/Discord more than my social media).
If it's just to showcase my art or write a little tidbit with it, you can share the HD version (~1920 x 1080 px) of my artworks online if you credit my name > link my website or social profiles. For example:
For YouTube music > gaming channels thumbnails > background art, I generally allow it - you may link my website or Artstation/YouTube (@nyx_aurelia). But, please send me a quick message with your channel just to be sure.
You can download full HD versions from my Artstation.
Any higher resolution versions of my work are paid content and should only be available through my Patreon/Gumroad or as part of a commissioned or licensed work. Sharing, posting, uploading, mass-printing, or otherwise making them publicly available is not allowed for any purpose without a license contract directly from me.
You may never try to sell products/services, brand yourself, or otherwise profit with my artworks, my artist name, and other IP in any form without a license contract from me. This includes any association with business entities, organization, or online personality and applies regardless of the resolution/size of my artwork used.
Some examples include:
If you want to use my work or IP for these purposes, or for other purposes beyond just showcasing my work, you must contact me for a proper licensing contract. Otherwise, I may have to take legal action to protect my IP.
*As stated in the previous section, YouTube music > gaming channels are generally OK, but send me a quick message with your channel to be 100% sure.
Studies are redraws/copies of my paintings done for practice. Fanarts are drawings of my characters and other designs done by other artists. Both are welcomed as long as I am properly credited with my artist name, and you must get my permission before using these commercially.
Plagiarism and impersonation are never welcomed. Don't copy my IP and try to pass it off as your own original work. It takes little effort to simply credit my name.
